Course
A 5K through Verulamium Park, mostly on grass with tarmac and woodland sections and a few slopes. The start and finish are on uneven but firm grass, and there are inclines behind the athletics track on the old golf course that can be bypassed by an alternative route. Grass and woodland can turn muddy in poor weather.
