Course
A 5k lap of Stanborough Park in Welwyn Garden City. The start and finish are on grass, and the route follows a mixture of grass, tarmac and gravel paths, taking in uphill and downhill grassy slopes. Grass sections can become muddy and slippery in wet weather.
