Course
An evening 5k along the Weston-super-Mare seafront, taking in the beach, the Promenade and the Grand Pier. The route is predominantly flat over a mixture of tarmac, hardstanding, sand and wood. The start and finish are on sand, which can turn muddy and slippery in poor weather.

This Race for Life is run along Weston-super-Mare's seafront, on the Bristol Channel, which has one of the largest tidal ranges in the world. Entrants cover the 5K or 3K on the promenade and beach for Cancer Research UK.
