Course

Double-track dirt and gravel trails looping around the Refuge, past ponds, through pine and oak forest and alongside old military bunkers. The 10K runs one loop and the 30K three, while the six-hour event takes as many loops as a runner can manage. The course is well marked, with marshals at the key turns.

About

The course winds through Assabet River National Wildlife Refuge on doubletrack trails of dirt and gravel, passing ponds and pine-oak forest. The 10K is a single loop and the 30K covers three loops on mostly non-technical terrain with only one notable hill. Highland City Striders organizes the event.

A confirmed date shows its day; a provisional one shows only its month, because we won't claim a day we don't have. This page is rebuilt every night from the RunCalendar catalogue.
