Course

A progressive elimination race over laps of just over 1km, based at the Caloundra Triathlon Club on Arthur Street, Caloundra. A pace-setter known as the Roo runs each lap faster than the last; any runner the Roo finishes ahead of is out. Placings are decided by how many laps each runner stays in front.

A confirmed date shows its day; a provisional one shows only its month, because we won't claim a day we don't have. This page is rebuilt every night from the RunCalendar catalogue.
