Starts and finishes at Phil Rogers Park, Rainbow Beach, running the Cooloola Coast on single track, fire roads and beach, past coloured sand cliffs, perched lakes, sand dunes and the historic lighthouse. Five checkpoints: three with water, electrolyte, fruit and snacks, two water-only. No support crews on course.
