Course
A timed lap event on a 5-mile (8.05 km) loop. The lap starts in Gooseberry Park on trails, crosses the bridge into Lindenwood, runs north to Dike East and returns to Gooseberry. Start and finish are at the large shelter on the north side of the park, 100 22nd Ave S, Moorhead. A staffed aid station sits at the main venue, with a lightly stocked water station at the turnaround.
