A timed lap format on a closed three-quarter mile loop at Castle Park, New Castle Road, Arrington. Participants run or ruck one lap or as many as they can inside two hours, so the distance is up to the individual.

Memories of Honor's Red, White & Ruck is a fun, patriotic, competitive, and noncompetitive ruck designed to unite the military community, Gold—and Blue-Star Families, and the civilian population. This event is all about honoring the service, sacrifice, and lives of our service members and fallen heroes. Whether you're a seasoned Rucker, new to the experience, or walking without weight, this charity event welcomes individuals of all ages and fitness levels.
