Course
A traffic-free, undulating looped trail course starting and finishing outside the Batemans Tower Cafe on Promenade Way, Brightlingsea. Each lap is 10.54km and runners complete as many as they wish within six hours, so half marathon, marathon and ultra distances are all possible. Aid at the end of every lap and at around 5km.
