Course
Starts and finishes at Beal's Point in Folsom Lake State Recreation Area, linking the American River 50 and Way Too Cool 50K trails through oak woodland, creeks and switchbacks with about 13,874 ft of gain. Landmarks include the Johnny Cash Trail, Nimbus and Hazel Bluffs, the 109-year-old No Hands Bridge and Cardiac Hill. Far more trail than pavement; 50K runners turn at Twin Rocks.
