A single-loop 10K on the trails of Rising Sun Country Park, Whitley Road, Benton, five miles north-east of Newcastle city centre. The route mixes marked and unmarked paths across grassland, woodland and nature reserve, with steep inclines, wet patches and mud. Canicross friendly, one dog per runner. 09:30 start.
