Start and finish at the West Shelter in Soldiers Memorial Field Park, 244 Soldiers Field Dr SW, Rochester. The 5K runs entirely on paved trail and is chip-timed, with a time limit of 1 hour 20 minutes. A separate Kids Dash is held alongside it.
