Course
All distances start and finish at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame on the Cleveland lakefront. The half marathon runs a scenic lakeside course, with the 10K described as flat and fast; a three-person relay splits the half marathon distance. Live music is staged along the route and at the finish.

The Rock Hall Half Marathon winds through downtown Cleveland and along the Lake Erie shoreline before finishing beside the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Runners can choose the half marathon, 10K, 5K or a relay, with lake views for much of the route.
