Course
All races start and finish at South Lake Leisure Centre in Craigavon, on flat loops around the Craigavon Lakes. The 5K and 10K stay off-road within the lakes; the half marathon extends along link roads and cycle paths to take in the trails of Oxford Island. A 1K fun run runs alongside the 5K, 10K and half marathon.

Rock The Lough is a 5K, 10K and half marathon multi-terrain race in Craigavon, County Armagh, starting and finishing near the South Lake Leisure Centre. The flat, fast route takes in both Craigavon Lakes, with the half marathon extending onto the Oxford Island trails.
