Course
A continuous 100-mile loop from Bishop's Castle in Shropshire, linking the Shropshire Way, the Mortimer Trail, Offa's Dyke and other public footpaths across three counties. Underfoot is trail, forest and field with some back roads, and there are several steep climbs. Fully stocked vegan-friendly aid stations en route.

About
The Runningmonk Rollin' 100 starts and finishes at Bishops Castle and Onny Rugby Club, creating a loop that encompasses trails, forests, fields, and some back roads. Participants will traverse three beautiful counties, exploring sections of the Shropshire Way, Offa's Dyke Path, and the historic Mortimer Trail, gaining around 16,500 feet in elevation. The course includes several steep climbs and highlights the gentle hills typical of the three counties, with a few more demanding sections interspersed!
