Starts and finishes at Butterfield Trailhead Regional Park, using trails in the Rose, Butterfield and Yellow Fork Canyon areas. The route mixes ridgeline sections with smooth single track through meadows. Aid stations sit at Butterfield and Yellow Fork. The course is marked with pink flags, ribbons, signs and trail marshals.
