Course
All distances start and finish in front of the historic San Juan Mission in San Juan Bautista, California, running out through rural farmland and the Anzar hills. The USATF-certified half marathon is generally flat with small hills and passes Anzar Lake; the 10 mile is a partial loop with a single 210ft climb between 3.2 and 4.8 miles; the 5K is a flat paved out-and-back.

The 42nd annual Mission 10 Race features four race options starting and finishing at Mission Plaza in San Juan Bautista, with courses running through rural farmland and the scenic Anzar Hills. All proceeds benefit local scholarships and community programs through the Rotary Club of Hollister.
