Course
A waymarked 50-mile circuit of the South Yorkshire Forest, starting and finishing at Manvers Waterfront Boat Club. The route is undulating but low-lying, with around 800m of climb, and mixes field paths, canal towpath and railway level crossings. Seven staffed checkpoints along the way. Also run as a relay for teams of two to eight, changing at each checkpoint.
