Start and finish at Little Bay, South West Rocks. The route is an out-and-back, passing Brighton Park at 4.5km and Tahlee Crescent at 7.8km, with turnarounds at 5km and 10.5km. Four aid stations roughly every 2km carry water and hydration drink. Some path sections are narrow.
