Course
Undulating road courses starting and finishing at Carwinion Playing Field in Mawnan Smith, with some long gradual hills. The 5K climbs about 200ft and the 10K about 360ft, run mostly on surfaced roads with short bumpy, pot-holed sections. A one-mile fun run is held alongside and pushchairs are permitted on any course.

A 10K and 5K road race organised by Falmouth Rotary Club through the parish of Mawnan on the Cornish coast near the mouth of the Helford River, raising funds for local charities.
