Run Rampage Weekender

Course

Off-road obstacle run over the Mid Ulster countryside at The Jungle, Moneymore, run through mud and water throughout. Obstacles include cargo nets, balance beams, A-frames, a barbed crawl and a four-lane slip and slide. Adults run 5K or 10K on the Saturday; kids and teens race 2K and 5K on the Sunday. Marshals and medics are posted at obstacles and lifeguards at the water features.
