Course
All distances start from the MoPac trailhead parking lot at NE-50 and NE-31 in Springfield. The 5K and 10K are out-and-backs on the MoPac Trail over crushed limestone; the half marathon follows the trail across the Platte River and on through the North Lake neighbourhood. Aid stations sit roughly every two miles, with a four-hour limit.
