Course
Two hilly courses at Top of the Rock in Ridgedale, both starting and finishing near the golf course welcome centre. The route mixes asphalt, gravel, dirt trail, wet rock and metal bridges, passing waterfalls, caves and overlooks. Aid stations with water and Powerade sit roughly every two miles. The 6-mile is billed as demanding and not suited to a first-time 6-miler.
