About
Run to Rise is a SAAPM 5K run and walk held at the Army Heritage Center in Carlisle, hosted jointly by the Pennsylvania National Guard and the US Army War College. Funds raised benefit the Carlisle & Cumberland County YWCA and PCAR, the PA Coalition to Advance Respect, both of which support survivors of sexual violence.
