Course
All three races start and finish at Furnace Brook Middle School in Marshfield. The 5K is a flat out-and-back around the school and a quiet neighbourhood; the 10K adds a couple of hills out towards the Pine Street area; the half marathon runs north into North Marshfield as far as the North River along Union Street. Water stops are spaced regularly, with Gatorade at points on the half.

Run to the Rock is Marshfield's 31st annual road race, offering 5K, 10K, and half marathon distances starting at Furnace Brook Middle School. The 5K is flat and out-and-back, the 10K adds rolling hills, and the half marathon extends into North Marshfield toward the North River. Proceeds support local Boys and Girls Clubs.
