Course
Out-and-back along the coastal foreshore shared path. Start and finish at Osborne Foreshore Playground, Osborne, with a 7:00am start. The route runs south along the foreshore path, turns at Semaphore and returns to Osborne; the 5km, 7km and 10km all use the same path. No drink station detail is published.
