Course
An undulating scenic loop of Rutland Water taking in the Hambleton Peninsula, starting and finishing at Barnsdale, with about 804ft of climb. Most of the route is tarmac footpath, but roughly miles 5 to 9 run on an older, looser track that can be damp through the woods. Runners start at 9am with a 3pm cut-off.
