Course

Evening out-and-back on the paved tram road into Sabino Canyon, Tucson, starting and finishing at 5700 N Sabino Canyon Road. The 7.4-mile run climbs 3.7 miles into the canyon then returns on the same road; a 2-mile fun run turns at one mile. Aid stations with water sit at miles 1.7, 3.4 and 5.1 on the long course, none on the short one. Starts are 5:30pm and 5:40pm.

Sabino Canyon is located in the Coronado National Forest, is one of the most beautiful desert canyons in the American southwest and a true jewel of the Tucson community. This unique 7.4 mile race is designed to capitalize on the majestic nature of Sabino Canyon to provide a unique opportunity to experience the challenges of a great race in a truly magnificent setting.
