Course
A timed lap race run on a 5km loop starting and finishing in the school courtyard at St Columba's College, Springwood. Each lap mixes winding single track, fire trail and road with about 110m of climbing. Runners take on as many laps as they can in three or six hours, solo, in pairs or in teams. Two aid stations sit on the loop alongside support at the race hub.
