Course
All three distances start and finish at the San Pasqual Staging Lot on Bandy Canyon Road, Escondido, running through orange groves and grass fields. About 75% of the course is single-track. The 10K stays relatively flat, while the half marathon and 20-mile climb Raptor Ridge twice on an out-and-back, with gain ranging from 200 to 1,200 ft by distance.
