The Sarawak Energy Isthmus Run is supported by the Ministry of Utility and Telecommunication and the Ministry of Energy and Environmental Sustainability Sarawak. Fully funded by Sarawak Energy, the run is held in Kuching and aims to raise funds for charitable bodies in Sarawak.
