Course
Starts and finishes at Rocky Bottom Retreat Center, Sunset. A steep, winding paved road climb to the summit of Sassafras Mountain, the highest point in South Carolina, followed by a trail descent back down. Mixed road and trail surfaces. No water stations on course; water and refreshments at the finish only.
