Starts just outside Edinburgh at 11am and finishes inside Musselburgh Racecourse, Scotland's oldest. The route is flat and fast, running the East Lothian golf coast before a closing section on the racecourse. Hydration and energy gel on route, with hydration and nutrition at the finish.
