A loop starting and finishing at Portsmouth High School on Summit Drive, running out through urban Portsmouth, rural Rye and historic New Castle past woodland, salt marsh and the seacoast. Roads throughout, fast and mostly flat with rolling hills. Five water and Gatorade stations sit roughly every two miles.
