Course
5km, 10km and 21.1km run on an AIMS-measured 10.55km loop along the coastal bike and walk path at Semaphore South, with longer distances repeating the loop. The start and finish sit mid-loop so runners are never more than about 5km from the aid station. All distances start at 7:00am. A virtual option is also offered.
