Course
Out-and-back from the Main Beach car park in Cape Henlopen State Park, running a T-shaped route from Lewes Main Beach through to Rehoboth and back. Organisers describe it as fast and flat. Six water stops and five toilet stops are spaced along the course, including the tower, Herring Point and Gordons Pond.
