An out-and-back along the Esplanade at Semaphore following the Coast Park path beside the beach. Both the 5km and 10km start and finish at Point Malcolm Reserve, and drink stations are provided on course.

The Semaphore Classic is a South Australian Road Runners Club race on the Adelaide coast at Semaphore. Runners choose between 5km and 10km on an out-and-back along the Esplanade and Coast Park path, starting and finishing at Point Malcolm Reserve. Dolphins are a regular sight offshore.
