A non-timed 5k-plus run and walk starting and finishing at the McPhee Physical Education Center on UW-Eau Claire's upper campus at 10:00am. The loop drops down the Garfield Avenue hill, crosses the university footbridge and picks up the Chippewa Valley river trail before climbing back to campus. A race clock runs for those who want a time.

The Shamrock Shuffle is a fun, non-timed 5k+ run/walk fundraiser hosted by UW-Eau Claire's Recreation and Sport Operations department. The route starts on upper campus, down Garfield Avenue hill, over the university footbridge, and along the Chippewa Valley River trail, looping back to the McPhee Physical Education Center.
