The Soja Kibiji Marathon is Okayama Prefecture's largest marathon, drawing over 10,000 runners each spring to Soja City. The full marathon, half marathon and 10km courses follow the historic Kibiji road past the Bicchu Kokubunji temple pagoda and ancient kofun burial mounds.
