Course
The 5K runs one loop and the 10K two loops of the same course, starting and finishing at Walker Beach on West Shore Road. The route uses Montauk Highway under rolling road closures, with both distances starting at 8:00 a.m.

Net proceeds from the Sounds of Silence Run will continue to benefit the Postpartum Resource Center of NY, and will now be able to expand advocacy for mental health awareness to all individuals especially students as well as to other charitable organizations which will encourage the awareness and empowerment of prioritizing one's wellbeing.
