Course

A backcountry snowshoe race starting and finishing at the South Sourdough Trailhead. The 18K runs north on the Sourdough Trail to Brainard Lake Road and back; the 30K continues around the Sourdough Trail loop for a lollipop shape. An aid station at the Brainard Lake turnaround serves hot sport tea, water, granola bars and bacon.
