Course
Trail races starting and finishing at Goodwood Racecourse above Chichester, running out into the South Downs National Park on forest fire roads, bridleways and single-track. The routes take in a section of the South Downs Way, pass Levin Down and drop into East Dean before the climb back to the racecourse. Water and on-course refreshments, with first aid at the aid stations.
