Course

An 8.4 km point-to-point on closed city roads, starting on Quay Street in central Auckland and finishing at St Heliers via Tāmaki Drive along the Waitematā Harbour. The course is flat and open to runners, joggers, walkers and wheeled participants, with a medal and drink at the finish.

The Southern Cross Round the Bays is New Zealand's largest fun run. The 8.4km course follows the Waitematā Harbour's picturesque coastline from Quay Street in the CBD to St Heliers Bay. It brings people from different cultures, workplaces, and abilities together in a spectacular mass of colour and pride.
