Course

Obstacle course racing at Glenworth Valley on the NSW Central Coast, over rugged bushland and river valley terrain. The Sprint covers 5km with 20 obstacles, the Super 10km with 25, and the Beast 21km with 30 as a national series event. A four-hour Hurricane Heat runs on the Friday and the main races fill the Saturday and Sunday, with a 1–3km kids course alongside.
