A multi-lap course on the paved pathway around Rockland Lake: a 1.3-mile out-and-back along the south end of the lake, then four clockwise laps of 2.96 miles. Starts and finishes inside Rockland Lake State Park, Congers. USATF-certified and flat, with aid stations every mile.
