Course
Starts and finishes at the NSRI building on Main Road, Still Bay West, at 07:00. The route follows quiet residential streets beside the Goukou lagoon and the beachfront, and the 10km adds a 3km loop on the hiking trail through the Melkhout forest in the Skulpiesbaai reserve. A shorter 5-6km option covers the road section only.
