Course
Flat out-and-back along the River Stort and Lee navigations, starting and finishing at Hockerill Sports and Social Club in Bishop's Stortford and turning at 15 miles. Mostly grassy trail and graded gravel footpath with about half a mile of tarmac at each end; muddy in wet weather. Checkpoints every five miles with water, squash, snacks and food.
