Course
Largely self-navigated trail races starting and finishing at Nayland Village Hall near Colchester, both setting off at 08:30. The routes combine the St Edmunds Way, Stour Valley Path and Essex Way over tracks, trails, roads and byways; the 13.5-mile half is the first loop of the 27-mile marathon. Aid stations at about 6, 11, 15 and 20.5 miles.

The Stour Valley marathon covers 27miles of tracks, trails, roads and byways along the route. It will be predominantly a self navigation, but with fully stocked aid stations and checkpoints at approximately 6,11,15 & 20.5 miles.
