Course
An FRA Category BL fell race of 19 miles (30.5 km) with 4,450 ft of climb, starting in Cardingmill Valley and finishing at the cricket field by the sports pavilion in Church Stretton. The route crosses the Long Mynd and takes in the Lawley and Ragleth, with road crossings of the A49 at Little Stretton and Gorsty Bank. Largely unmarked with real route choice, so navigation and full FRA kit are required, and four staffed checkpoints must be visited in order.
