Course

A 90% single-track course atop Signal Mountain and Walden Ridge, on sandstone-strewn trails above the Tennessee River Gorge. Start and finish are at the Signal Mountain Middle High School soccer pavilion on Sam Powell Road, with the 50K away at 7:30am and the 10 miler at 8:30am. Aid stations carry sports drink, chips, pretzels, fruit snacks, gels and soft drinks — there are no crews and no drop bags.
